Making of a successful teacher

This is great question to ask if one is entering the profession of education. I would place the most successful element of a teacher is their belief about themselves as a learner. One who learns and understands why and how one learns has the true element of a successful teacher.

This passion for learning and wanting to help others is motivated by the right mindset that establishes the necessary foundation of a successful teacher. A successful teacher is one who will always want to improve, share, learn and grow because these are natural responsibilities of great teachers.

Some characteristics of great teachers

Set high expectations for all students
Have clear, written-out objectives
Prepared and organized
Engage students and get them to look at issues in a variety of ways
Have strong relationships with their students and show that they care about them as people
Exhibit expertise in the subjects they are teaching and spend time continuing to gain new knowledge in their field
Communicate frequently with parents

Teachers significantly impact the lives of their learners. They challenge their students to confidently think outside the box and counter new challenges.

A good teacher will also support their learners when they take in new challenges and fail. They build their confidence to try again, inspire creativity, and encourage exploration and competition.

Teaching is not a job but a calling. It is, therefore, crucial to acquire and perfect the required skills to efficiently inspire and grow students in their classrooms.

Good teachers model behaviors of patience, empathy, communication, and understanding. Qualities that they can help grow in their learners.

How do I improve myself? “ Don't let anyone know too much about you. ” Tell them what's necessary, privacy is everything. Think. Everything happens for a reason, learn from your mistakes. There is NO event in my life which hasn't taught me something. Join the 5 A.M. club. Note down your goals precisely. Observe your lifestyle, what are the things which distract you. Eliminate them forthright. Say NO to social media, reel life is way different from real life. Reel life is glamourous, Real life is hardship. Stay away from negative people. I don't have ANY friend.
